All sales are FINAL and there are no refunds or exchanges. We can not process cancellations after the order has been placed. Once packages have been sent out to the mailing carrier, we do not have control. Please contact the mailing carrier to receive any questions or concerns.

Shipping Policy

Processing the order can take 7-10 Business days. When the hair is ready to be shipped you will receive a tracking email. Billing address and Shipping address must match. If they do not the order will be cancelled.
